Richard Taylor

Richard Taylor is a British number theorist working on the relationship between automorphic forms and representations of Galois groups. He completed his PhD in Princeton in 1988 under the guidance of Andrew Wiles. After a post doctoral year in Paris he moved to Cambridge, England. Six years later he moved to Oxford for one year, and then to his present position at Harvard University.
